Antaeus Ultralift delivers both conceptual and detailed design, as well as structural analysis, with extensive experience across East Asia, West Asia, North Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia, and contributions to various projects worldwide. Our expertise utilizes proprietary dynamic analysis software to evaluate axial and functional loads, wave loading, and vortex-induced vibrations. Projects have included specialized hydrodynamic load assessments for installations, as well as urgent assessments and repair strategies for damaged installations.

Our in-house software accurately determines true axial loading throughout installations and systems, accounting for soil interaction, annulus cementing, hanger systems, and support gaps. These methods are integrated with our validated tools for VIV and wave loading analysis to capture the true dynamic response of the system. This approach has been instrumental in the analysis and design of numerous international projects, including detailed fatigue assessments and performance evaluations.

Risers

A similar methodology is applied to platform risers, where our advanced, less conservative analysis tools are widely recognized for their accuracy. We perform detailed riser design for both pre- and post-installed systems on offshore jackets, including single risers, caisson risers, piggybacked or clamp-bundled risers, J-tube and I-tube systems, and post-installation clamping solutions.

Design and Installation

Post-installed risers are large, slender structures subject to harsh offshore conditions during transport, installation, and operation. Our riser design services include planning of lifting operations, winch placements on existing platform decks, and development of installation methods and procedures, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
