Installation and Crewing

Crewing

At Antaeus Ultralift, we recognize that successful offshore operations depend as much on people as on engineering. Our Installation and Crewing services are built around a commitment to delivering technically sound operations executed by highly experienced, competent, and certified offshore personnel. Whether for subsea installation campaigns, heavy lift operations, cable lay projects, or IRM scopes, our tailored crewing solutions ensure the right expertise is deployed at every stage of the project.

We maintain a global network of offshore professionals, including naval architects, offshore engineers, field engineers, subsea supervisors, vessel superintendents, offshore construction managers (OCMs), and client representatives. All bring years of operational experience across the oil & gas and renewable energy sectors. Our teams are supported by comprehensive training, industry certifications, and are handpicked based on project-specific requirements.

Our strength lies in the seamless integration of engineering, installation execution, and crew management. This ensures that every project benefits from a coherent and aligned approach from planning through execution. We work closely with our clients and vessel operators to ensure crews are fully briefed, project documentation is delivered in advance, and all personnel are aligned with Safety Management Systems (SMS), Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and vessel-specific procedures.

Antaeus Ultralift also supports crewing for highly specialized scopes such as:

  • Cable Pull-ins at TJBs, HDD exits, WTGs, OSS, and FOU structures
  • Subsea installation and recovery operations
  • Heavy lift operations, including rigging, load-out, and deck management
  • Marine warranty survey (MWS) representation and procedural compliance
  • ROV, trenching, and survey campaign support
  • Renewables construction supervision, including cable burial and back-deck operations

In addition, we manage full crewing logistics, including certification tracking, rotation management, travel and accommodation coordination, medicals, and visa/work permit processing. Our in-house project crewing coordinators ensure rapid mobilization and demobilization, always maintaining compliance with both international maritime regulations and client-specific standards.

Our partnership with internationally recognized offshore service providers enhances our ability to scale rapidly for large or multi-vessel operations, providing depth and reliability across extended project timelines. Whether supplementing an existing crew or providing full project manning solutions, Antaeus Ultralift offers flexibility, responsiveness, and a high standard of operational delivery.

As a privately owned company, we bring the agility and focus to offer customized support, short lead-time mobilizations, and consistently high-quality personnel, all aligned with project engineering and installation demands. Our commitment to technical excellence, safety, and efficient execution makes Antaeus Ultralift a trusted partner in offshore installation and crewing operations worldwide.
