Oil and Gas Energy
Testing Services
Antaeus Ultralift conducts a broad range of testing operations in support of offshore oil and gas developments. These are performed both onshore—typically at local fabrication yards—and offshore, depending on the project scope. Our in-house capabilities include specialized test rigs, such as a structural load testing system.
Representative testing services include:
- Interface integration testing for subsea structural assemblies.
- Functional testing of subsea components, such as valves and actuator systems.
- Structural health monitoring of jacket platforms using our proprietary accelerometer-based sensor systems.
- Acoustic data capture for porpoise activity detection and subsea acoustic release systems.
- Testing of actuator weak links, including Safe Working Load (SWL) and ultimate shear capacity verification.
- Factory Acceptance Testing of components supplied.
- Load testing of subsea connectors under simulated operational conditions.
